ZOMBIE WITHOUT

I love zombie movies!  I don’t know why.  It could be they don’t really care how they look, they aren’t really interested in what others think, they are definitely not lazy, and they are passionately in pursuit of their (non-hearts) desires.

We can all say we have days where we really don’t care how we look and by default don’t care what others think.  Just the other day I was wearing an ugly orange sweater because I was cold and it was comfortable and an elderly lady felt encouraged to tell me, “You could look pretty if you tried!”  Well, thank you, but sometimes I just don’t feel up to trying.

I think we also have moments where we are so passionate about something we become too focused on that one thing and forget the world around us.  In my opinion, many relationships have a zombie-like quality.  In fact, the word “obsession” comes to mind.
